Shipping

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Final delivery timing depends on inventory status, destination, and carrier service. For high-value jewelry, insured shipping and signature confirmation may be used.

Returns

Returns are accepted only when items are unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and any included certificate or quality card. Customized, resized, engraved, or final-sale items may be excluded.
